Tipping Points goes International<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Why the whole thing?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Social movements need skills! Over the past two years, three organisations have worked together as part of an Erasmus+ project to organise events for the exchange of skills and methods and to document experiences. This project is now coming to an end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are now pleased to present the handbook, which is aimed at organisers, facilitators and anyone interested in organising skill-share events. This practical guide looks at the things we believe need to be considered in order to successfully organise such an event. We don't go so much into the basics, like finding a room, applying and planning food. Rather, we emphasise topics and experiences that can make such an event special. For example: awareness teams, productive team structures and regenerative elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 skill share events and years of experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Im Rahmen des Projekts von 2023 bis 2024 und unserer gemeinsamen Arbeit fanden zwei Skill Share Events in \u00d6sterreich (Tipping Points. Skills und Methoden f\u00fcr soziale Bewegungen) und zwei weitere in Posen (Polen), genannt R\u00d3WNOWAZNIA, statt. Dazwischen trafen sich die beteiligten Organisator:innen zu \u00dcbergabe- und Evaluierungsgespr\u00e4chen. So konnten wir auf gemachte Erfahrungen der jeweils anderen aufbauen und gleichzeitig lernen, welche Unterschiede in verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern zu Tage treten. Dieses Wissen ist auch in das Handbuch eingeflossen, das damit auch l\u00e4nder- und kontext\u00fcbergreifend n\u00fctzlich sein wird. Unter dem Titel „Tipping Points“ werden in \u00d6sterreich schon seit 2019 Skill Share Events f\u00fcr soziale Bewegungen durchgef\u00fchrt. Erfahrungen aus dieser Zeit sind ebenfalls in das Projekt eingeflossen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
