Consulting for existing groups <\/strong>(Prozess Coaching) von Humus umfasst eine einmalige oder auch l\u00e4ngerfristige Zusammenarbeit mit einzelnen Menschen, die in einer Gruppe aktiv sind. Gemeinsam werden Probleme oder Themen identifiziert und L\u00f6sungswege aufgezeigt. Genau das Richtige f\u00fcr euch, wenn ihr merkt, ihr tretet am Stand, die Unzufriedenheit steigt oder ihr arbeitet aneinander vorbei. Auch wenn sich gerade viel bei euch ver\u00e4ndert hat oder ver\u00e4ndern soll kann ein beratender Input sehr hilfreich sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
