Consultancy and support
How we can provide you with external advice
Consulting for existing groups (process coaching) involves one-off or longer-term collaboration with individuals who are active in a group. Problems or issues are identified together and solutions are suggested. Just the right thing for you if you notice that you are at a standstill, dissatisfaction is increasing or you are working at odds with each other. Advisory input can also be very helpful if a lot has changed or is about to change.
Our approach: We don't tell you what to do, but help you to find out what could help you the most. We offer you a toolbox, you choose and apply the tools. We can then evaluate together what helps or what is still missing.
Especially in the formation phase of groups , it makes sense to get support. You don't have to reinvent the wheel!
You have ideas or you are a group that would like to become active, but do not yet have any structures, clearly defined goals or other questions? Then our years of experience in grassroots groups, associations and social movements will certainly help you - depending on your starting position, we offer jump-start support, including funding models.

Or: work on your topics with us
Sometimes the presence of an external person with a little distance to the issue and the group works wonders! We support you with your projects, challenges and processes - online and offline.
In contrast to consulting, where you do the work and we support you with a selection of possible tools, tips and feedback, we can play a more active role in coaching and immerse ourselves more in the group or the topic. Support means walking together - consultancy means showing the way! 🙂
Selective support ...
Selective support means facilitation of meetings, group retreats, etc. and includes the following impulses:
- Preparing and following up meetings together, as needed
- Clarification of the goal/format of meetings or workshops
- Facilitation and process support at meetings and team weekends
- Documentation
- Creating spaces when outside help is needed so that everyone can participate fully, e.g: Emo rooms, reflections, work meetings, celebrations, ...
... or continuously
Medium or longer-term support is the facilitation of overall processes of variable duration and includes, for example, the following impulses:
- Assistance with the development of strategies
- Developing possible Funding concepts or Organizational structure
- Evaluation or implementation of new tools within your organization
